How I Roll

These pictures were edited in Adobe Photoshop 4
This picture is my favorite picture and I basically used the Channel Mixer tool to make the picture black and white and then color in the buttons.
For this I just selected my Xbox LIVE headset and made the hue a greenish color and turned the background black and white.
For this picture I started by messing with the saturation to make it look like the colors were messed up.  Then I decided to check out the Gradient Map tool and hit the inverse button to see what it would do and I ended up with this.
I simply used the channel mixer to turn this picture black and white then color in the power button.
I only used a Photo Filter with this one and made a custom bluish color.

The photos are of my 1 hour walk project.  I walked around the canal trail while I took my photos. I edited them using Photoshop and Lightroom using various tools.

First I deepened the saturation in Photoshop.  I then used the burn tool to make the paw print pop.  Also when I deepened the saturation that also made the rocks look more colorful than they usually are.
For this picture all I did was use a photo filter to make the picture warmer so that it looks better.
In this picture, I used a channel mixer in Photoshop to make it black and white. I then used layer mask to bring back the bright green color of the leaves.
For this picture I just made it black and white and darkened the tree to make it stand out more. I also lightened the blue saturation to make the sky brighter in contrast to the tree.
In this picture, I added a gradient map to give it a slight gray overtone. I also cropped it to make the focus on the tree.

For this picture, first i made a background copy just incase I messed up.  After that I pressed Command-Shift-U to make the picture black and white.  Then I used the burn tool to darken the eyes and side of the face.  Then I used the dodge tool to lighten the middle of the face.  After that I duplicated the layer and then sharpened the image.  Lastly I lightened it up with the High Pass Filter and then I used the soft light blend to make it darker again.

For this picture  I duplicated the background just in case I messed up and I just kept liquifying it until it looked like a square balloon!

Four different line objects.

Man made: This is the front of a car. I made it black and white using grayscale.
Everyday: This is a magazine holder in my house. I also used grayscale on this.
Architecture: This is the end of my neighbor's front gate. I made it black and white with grayscale.
Sports: This is my bike behind a soccer net.  I used grayscale on this picture.

Best two line picture

This is a picture of a toyata.  I used grayscale to make it black and white.
This is part of my bike's tire behind a net. I also used grayscale for this.
